We would definitely purchase a Hot Tub through this business as they are TOTALLY AWESOME, RELIABLE & TRUST-WORTHY!!! They did such excellent repair work on our existing Hot Tub that we didn’t have to purchase a new one at this time. They definitely went the “extra several miles” to help us. We had purchased this tub from another dealer and had several repair specialists out in the past 10+ years all to no avail. No one seemed to be able to diagnose the problems and get the right parts—we almost gave up. It was frustrating…we could use the Hot Tub and then had to turn it off between use and then heat it back when we wanted to get in. When we called Hot Tub Doctor, they came out quickly and took care of the problems within a very short time. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.
